Payment Options
You may choose from:
- Monthly Plan: $29.99 CAD/month (auto-renewed)
- Annual Plan: $323.90 CAD/year (includes 10% discount)
All payments are securely processed via House Call Pro or equivalent payment processor. Invoices are sent automatically, and a receipt is emailed to the customer.
Privacy Policy of Membership
We respect your privacy. Your name, address, phone number, email, and payment data are securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent. Data is only used to:
- Deliver scheduled services
- Send service reminders
- Provide billing and account updates
- Offer promotional discounts (if opted-in)
You may request deletion of your data anytime by emailing privacy@timelessappliance.ca
Cancellation Policy of Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time.
- Monthly Plan: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds for the current billing cycle.
- Annual Plan: Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund (if no service has been used). After 30 days, the refund is prorated minus any service costs already provided.

Changes to the Plan
Timeless Appliance Repair reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, benefits, or policies with 30 days’ notice to all members via email.
Limitation of Liability
Timeless Appliance Repair is not responsible for appliance damage caused by factors unrelated to our service or by prior unauthorized repair attempts. The membership plan does not cover the cost of replacement parts or appliance replacement.
