Is there a fee for the diagnostic visit?
Yes, we charge a diagnostic service fee that covers the technician's travel time and professional assessment. The fee is disclosed before the visit. Good news: if you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is often applied toward the total cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options for your convenience: Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Check, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
Do you offer free estimates over the phone?
While we cannot provide accurate quotes over the phone (each repair is unique), our team can give you a general price range based on the symptoms you describe. For exact pricing, an in-home diagnostic is required.

Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Yes! We offer same-day service in Markham, Richmond Hill, and Thornhill. Call us before noon for the best chance of same-day availability. We achieve same-day service in approximately 92% of cases.
What are your operating hours?
We are available 7 days a week:
Monday-Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Sunday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
We respond to calls within 5 minutes during business hours.
How quickly will a technician arrive at my home?
For same-day service, technicians typically arrive within 1-2 hours of your call during business hours. We provide a 2-hour arrival window when scheduling and call ahead before arriving.

What is your cancellation policy?

Repairs & Warranty
What warranty do you offer on your repairs?
We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs covering both parts and labour. This is one of the strongest warranties in the industry β most competitors offer only 30-60 days. Full details on our Warranty Policy page.
What if the repair does not solve the problem?
If the same issue returns within our 90-day warranty period, we return and fix it at no additional charge. We stand behind every repair we perform.
Are your technicians certified and insured?
Yes β all our technicians are factory-trained, certified, and fully insured. We carry liability insurance to protect your home and property during service.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the repair?
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours. We will return to assess the issue. If unresolvable, we will remove our installed parts and process a refund for parts. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
Can my appliance still be repaired or should I replace it?
This depends on the appliance age, repair cost, and overall condition. As a general rule: if the repair costs less than 50% of replacement cost and the appliance is under 10 years old, repair is usually worthwhile. Our technicians provide honest recommendations.

Do you use original (OEM) parts?
Yes β we use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever possible, especially for premium brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele. This ensures quality, compatibility, and warranty validity.
Can you repair older or vintage appliances?
Absolutely β we specialize in older Inglis, Kenmore, McClary, and other vintage brands common in heritage homes throughout the GTA. Our parts network helps us find components for appliances that are 20-40 years old.
Do you service smart appliances (Samsung Family Hub, LG ThinQ, etc.)?
Yes β our technicians are trained on smart appliance technology including Samsung Family Hub, LG ThinQ, GE Profile Smart, and Bosch Home Connect. We handle both mechanical issues and Wi-Fi/connectivity problems.

Do you charge extra for travel to certain neighbourhoods?
No β we have flat pricing within our primary service area (Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill). Travel costs are included in our standard service fee, regardless of which neighbourhood you live in.
Do you serve commercial properties or only residential?
We primarily serve residential customers, but we do service commercial appliances in some cases (small offices, apartment buildings, condo property managers). Call us with your specific situation.
Can you service condos or apartment buildings?
Yes β we service many condos in Downtown Markham, Bayview Glen, and other multi-unit buildings. We can coordinate with property management for access and provide invoices suitable for property records.
