What Our 90-Day Warranty Covers

✅ Parts We Installed

Any replacement part installed by our technician during the original repair is covered. If a covered part fails within 90 days due to manufacturer defect or improper installation, we will replace it at no cost to you.

✅ Labour for the Original Repair

If the same issue we repaired returns within 90 days, we will return and fix it at no additional labour cost. This includes diagnostic, repair time, and follow-up visits.

✅ Workmanship Defects

Any issue caused by our technician's workmanship during the original repair is fully covered. We stand behind the quality of our work.

✅ Repeat Issues

If the appliance experiences the same problem we originally fixed within the warranty period, the repeat repair is covered free of charge.

What is NOT Covered

❌ Different Issues

If a new and unrelated problem arises with your appliance, this constitutes a separate repair and is not covered under the original warranty.

❌ Customer Misuse or Damage

Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or modifications to the appliance after our service is not covered.

❌ External Factors

Power surges, electrical issues, or grid problems
Water damage from leaks unrelated to the repair
Natural disasters (floods, fires, storms)
Pest damage

❌ Normal Wear and Tear

Components that fail due to age and normal use of the appliance, separate from the originally repaired issue, are not covered.

❌ Voided Warranty (Important)

Our 90-day warranty becomes immediately void in the following situations:

You hire another technician to work on the appliance after our service
You attempt repairs yourself after our technician has completed the work
The appliance is modified, tampered with, or disassembled by anyone other than our technician
Parts installed by us are removed or replaced by anyone else

If any of these conditions occur, we cannot honour the warranty and no further service will be provided under this agreement.

If covered, we will schedule a warranty visit at no charge. We will prioritize warranty claims and aim for same-day or next-day service.

Step 4: We Make It Right

Our technician will inspect, diagnose, and complete the warranty repair at no cost to you for parts or labour.

Warranty Limitations

Coverage Period: Begins on the date of original service completion
Original Customer Only: Warranty is non-transferable to subsequent property owners
Geographic Coverage: Warranty service available within our service area (Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill)
Proof Required: Original invoice or receipt is required to validate warranty
Manufacturer Defects: Defects in original equipment (not parts we installed) fall under manufacturer warranty
One-Time Warranty: Warranty period does not restart with each warranty repair — the original 90-day period continues

Manufacturer Warranties

Our 90-day warranty is in addition to (not in place of) any manufacturer warranty on the appliance itself or on parts. If a part has a longer manufacturer warranty:

We will help facilitate manufacturer warranty claims when applicable
Customer may need to provide proof of purchase and warranty registration
Manufacturer-specific terms and conditions apply

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain your warranty in good standing:

Use the appliance for its intended purpose only
Follow manufacturer guidelines for operation and maintenance
Keep your service invoice in a safe place
Do not allow other technicians to service the appliance during the warranty period
Report issues promptly to maximize repair effectiveness
Provide reasonable access to the appliance for warranty service
